What to Expect
A variety of topics will be presented by experienced experts from SNV Netherlands, who have been working in domestic biogas programmes in several Asian and African countries for more than 25 years. The course content covers an introduction into biological and biochemical processes in a biodigester, different types of domestic biodigesters and appliances, the use of biodigester effluent as fertiliser and animal feedstock as well as the SNV approach to mass dissemination and biodigester sector development.

There is a limited number of places available which will be awarded on first come first serve basis. Please sign up as early as possible, as issuing a visa may take up to 6 weeks.
The participation fee of 150 EUR includes a digital workshop reader, the excursion to a biogas plant, get-together dinner, cooking event as well as lunch and refreshments during the days of the workshop.
