Home / How to Apply / Procedure

The first thing applicants must do is to register with this site. To register simply go to the "Create an account" page and enter your name, a valid email address and choose a password. You will receive an email confirming that your account has been created. Your new account will need to be approved by the administrator before you can use it. This can take up to three days. If after three days your account has not been activated yet, please contact us.
When successfully logged in you can create an application.

Create an application

You have to go to ‘How to Apply’ and select ‘Submit your Application’. Fill in the application over time and save it in an unfinished state if necessary: the compulsory fields must be filled in, but the documents can be uploaded at a later stage. The application can be saved at any time by scrolling to the bottom of the page and pressing "save". Please note, the application will not actually be submitted for review until the "submit" button is clicked.

Uploading files

For your application to be complete and sent for review to the Academic Committee, you must upload all requested documents.
All documents are to be uploaded at the bottom of the application form. The attaching of files is a simple process: nominate the file you want to upload by clicking on the "Browse" button next to the text field labeled with the nature of the requested document. Navigate to the document on the local hard drive and click "Open" and select it.
If you lack one of the requested documents, please indicate in your application form an approximate date at which you will be able to provide it. You can then submit your application and send the document later via email to EUREC Agency.

Review

It is possible to review the application before it is finally submitted at any time from any internet-connected computer. All that is required is your email address and password to access your application form.
When using a computer that is available to the public, such as in an internet cafe, then make sure sensible precautions are taken such as logging out when finished and closing all browser windows before leaving the computer.

Submit

When you have finished and you are sure that everything is in order simply click on ‘submit’: it will no longer be possible to edit the application, so be careful.

Notifications

Both selected and non-selected students will be notified about the decision, at the latest, by the beginning of September.
Those students who need to receive an earlier answer can contact us directly.
When you have been accepted to attend the EUREC Master course, you will receive an offer letter. Before signing and sending the registration form back, CAREFULLY READ THE EUREC MASTER REGULATIONS.
